HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?

Step 1

The credit repair process begins after you fill out the online forms and mail in your credit reports from the 3 major bureaus.  Upon receiving confirmation of your purchase, we will begin to setup your file. After you send your current credit reports by my mail, we will review all aspects of your credit files. Please note the credit bureaus will only send information on your credit report to you, it is very important that you foward all reports and correspondence to us by mail.

Step 2

Our office will contact you after reviewing your credit reports, to discuss your concerns about items that need to be deleted or corrected on your reports. Our experienced staff will use their skills in determining the best actions to take for your particular file. Any questions or items you may have on your credit report may be discussed at this time.

Step 3

We will then utilize our experience and strategy’s to pass the credit bureaus’ screening process, once past we will provide results for our clients with aggressive action in pursuing all legal methods to have negative items properly addressed and possibly corrected. There is no limit to the amount of items we will dispute for our clients, but it’s been our experience that investigating too many items at once can cause the credit bureaus to deem our request frivolous. Our company request investigations in appropriate levels to insure our client’s correction process is efficient and deemed appropriate.  

Step 4

Once the credit bureaus have received the requested investigations, they are limited to the number of days by law to investigate (usually 30 days) your claim. Once the credit bureaus have processed your request, they will send updated copies with the results of their investigations to you. After you receive the report’s, foward all documents along with any other correspondence to our address to update our records and continue our disputing process. Most clients see major results in 3 to 5 months,  with some clients seeing results forming in as little as 45 days after our office initiates their investigation.
